Scholarships

I started this business to put more women in power, in C-Suites, CEO roles and board rooms. Not every woman can afford my services, and I don’t want that to be a barrier to the next great leader.

I offer scholarships to my workshops and special events to women who are unemployed and transitioning to their next role as well as to women who are under-employed. To date, I’ve awarded $450,000 in scholarships.

I give priority to Black, Brown, Indigenous, AAPI women and individuals from the LGTBQ+ and disabled communities. I do this because I want to support actively putting more of these executives in power. To date, 60% of my scholarship recipients have been women in these communities

Scholarships are awarded on a rolling basis. There is no deadline.

Scholarship requirements:

  • You are in transition (unemployed) or soon to be in transition within the next 30 days.

  • You are under-employed: working at a job that doesn’t fully utilize your skillset or working multiple jobs.

  • You currently cannot afford my workshops or events (honor system: if you say you can’t afford it, I believe you).

  • You’re currently at a Director or equivalent level at your company. I understand that titles vary at companies according to company size, custom, etc. Again, this is an honor system. If you say you operate as a Director, I believe you. The important thing is that you aspire to more.
