starts, and I want to share that expertise with you. Being a founder is one of the loneliest jobs in the world. I know that from personal experience. Themy is my third business — not including the three companies I ran for other people as a CEO. I’ve learned a lot from my own fits and starts, and I want to share expertise that with you.

I also started this business as a social enterprise of sorts. I wanted to create an ecosystem where people with privilege could be a catalyst for driving systemic change in business. I’ve achieved that goal with my executive scholarship program. Now, I want to extend it to the founder space.

Drumroll please…announcing Brain Trust for Founders, the first “mastermind” program of its kind with a better name and an even better mission: putting more Black female and non-binary entrepreneurs in the driver’s seat while bringing extraordinary value to other entrepreneurs.

How It Works

• 12 founders will be selected by application for the Coronation Cohort. The cost is $5k per founder and includes all materials.

• The group will meet monthly for two hours for one year, starting in April 2024. All group sessions will be facilitated by Denise Conroy.

• Once a month, there will be an Advisory Lab where members can come together for 90 minutes, seek guidance from and and ask questions of Denise and other cohort members.

• When all 12 seats are sold to the Coronation Cohort, I will personally fund the Reign Cohort, a cohort consisting of 12 Black female and non-binary founders. Curriculum for the Reign Cohort will be 100% parallel to the Coronation Cohort and will be exclusive to Black female and/or non-binary founders in order to ensure maximum psychological safety. The Reign Cohort starts in April 2024, and founders will be selected by application.
