Terms & Conditions

  1. NO PAYMENT PLANS — FOR INDIVIDUALS OR CORPORATIONS. PAYMENT IS DUE BEFORE ENROLLMENT IN ANY OF MY COACHING PROGRAMS AND/OR WORKSHOPS.

  2. NO REFUNDS, PARTIAL REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS ON COACHING PACKAGES & WORKSHOPS. MY COACHING PROGRAMS HAVE WAIT LISTS. BE CERTAIN ON YOUR COMMITMENT BEFORE ENROLLING.

  3. NO ORGANIZATIONAL TRANSFERS FOR 1:1 COACHING PACKAGES (ANNUAL COACHING PROGRAM, POWER UP FOR EXECUTIVES, POWER UP FOR FOUNDERS, 3-PACK). I AGREE TO WORK WITH A PERSON, NOT AN ENTIRE ORGANIZATION. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS (PARTIAL OR FULL) FOR UNUSED COACHING SESSIONS WHEN AN EMPLOYEE IS TERMINATED OR RESIGNS FROM THE COMPANY THAT HAS PAID FOR THE SESSIONS. SEE TERM #2.

  4. SEATS IN WORKSHOPS MAY BE TRANSFERRED WITH 5-BUSINESS-DAY NOTICE TO DCONROY@THEMYLLC.COM.

  5. THEMY AND/OR DENISE CONROY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR EMAIL ADDRESSES THAT ARE NOT FREQUENTLY CHECKED, LOST EMAILS & ZOOM LINKS & TIME ZONE CONFUSION.

  6. FOR THE ANNUAL COACHING PROGRAM, ALL SESSIONS MUST BE USED WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF DATE OF PURCHASE. ANY UNUSED SESSIONS WILL NOT BE ROLLED OVER AND WILL EXPIRE ON THE 365TH DAY.

  7. FOR THE POWER UP FOR EXECUTIVES & POWER UP FOR FOUNDERS COACHING PROGRAMS, ALL SESSIONS MUST BE USED WITHIN 16 WEEKS OF PURCHASE. ANY UNUSED SESSIONS WILL NOT BE ROLLED OVER AND WILL EXPIRE AT THE END OF WEEK 16.

  8. FOR 1:1 COACHING SESSIONS, COACH WILL WAIT 10 MINUTES PAST THE START TIME FOR A SCHEDULED SESSION. AFTER THAT, IT’S COUNTED AS A “NO SHOW.” ONE “NO SHOW” WITHOUT NOTICE WILL BE FORGIVEN AND THE CLIENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE. MORE THAN ONE “NO SHOW” WITHOUT NOTICE AND THE CLIENT FORFEITS THE SESSION AND IT WILL COUNT AGAINST THE PACKAGE TOTAL AS A USED SESSION/S.

  9. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-ASSISTED NOTE TAKING APPLICATIONS ARE FORBIDDEN FROM MY WORKSHOPS AND 1:1 COACHING SESSIONS.
